Me giving a guest lecture at Beijing University of
Aeronautics and Astronautics. It is about....?!?!?... hmmm...
electronics of some kind. Please be free to give me
corrections if you find any mistakes:-)
Same day in the afternoon in the cantineen of a huge steel
mill with about 150.000 employees. We are about to eat some
traditionally Chinese food, from left to right: Miguel,
Klaus, Sabine, Susanne, Jens Åge, Troels, Niels Erik (our
teacher) and Thomas.
Almost the hole crew in front of one of the buildings at the
steel mill. We are very excited to get ready to work:-) That
day the Sun was shining by the way.
Me and Thomas smiling at the camera... I think we were
extremely excited! It is not every day we get yellow helmets
on;-)
Now I have a problem, which I am very unhappy for. I can not
remember the two girls names; Chinese names is very hard to
remember. I can remember that they spoke excellent English
(far better than I) and were members of some student
organizations. From left to right: Me, Thomas, Bjarke and
Kean.
A part of Peking University - isn't it beautiful?
Can you believe it; in this room there is living four girls
- I think there was about 16 square meters of space. That is
what we have for one single student (at least) in Danish
domitories. The girls are happy, they thought they would be
bored if they lived one per room. I think they think that
because they live seperately from the boys - we don't:-)
Just married:-) Klaus and I at a huge waste water treatment plant
- the size of a part of the city were I come from!
The capacity was sewage from around 2,5 million
people - out of Beijings 13 million people.
